Images below show how the bottom of the
bags are attached to the frames.
The 1" wide straps are cut from old inner tubes.
Note the use of flat washers, under the bolt and nut's, where the inner tube is
folded over.
The bags can be removed or installed
from/to the frames in about 1 - 2 min's
The frames can be removed or installed from/to the bike
in about 2 - 3 min's

Cut down belt to anchor the bags to the frame.
(Keeps bags from sliding forward or back.)
